I really enjoyed this Introduction Course! I was searching for advice for which inks to use (in particular for creating those wonderful metallic edges) and in this extensive tutorial Anne Roos tells you ALL! And I mean ALL. This class helped me so much with alcohol ink art! Anne breaks down a complex process and explains creating with alcohol inks in a way that is very easy to understand and fun to watch. Highly organized course, she’s a great teacher and made me realize what I was doing wrong, and why I wasn’t getting the effects I wanted. I’m glad I did it so I didn’t waste more time experimenting without the right knowledge or tools. She is also so inspiring, Highly recommend!

Having already taken Anne's roses course, I was thrilled to see her offer the Introduction into Alcohol Ink Art. I wish I had taken it when I first started, as it would have saved me some frustration. When I started, I knew nothing about the various types of ink or when to use blending solution versus iso. I just started playing with my supplies and watching a variety of YouTube videos. When something didn't turn out the way I expected, I didn't know if it was something I did or didn't do or if it was the characteristic of the ink. For example, when I added alcohol to my white ink, it curdled. After taking the course, I have a much better understanding of why that happened. Anne does a wonderful job of describing various ink, metallics, papers, and air moving tools. She also discussed safety measures and how to seal and preserve the art. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who would like to do alcohol ink.

Anne did an excellent job explaining the different inks, tools and substrates. I now know why I had struggled with certain inks and with certain tools. I've moved on to the right supplies and it has helped me a lot. Thank you for sharing so much useful information!

I really liked this course by Anne Roos. It has all the information about Introduction to this art type, the material requirement, tools and brief demonstrations. I specially liked the section with Metallic as it helped me choose the metallic inks as per my requirement. Thank you Anne Roos for this amazing course! :)
